# My Good Neighbor Terms and Conditions Version 2026-06-05 My Good Neighbor is a community marketplace for local help, services, lending, bartering, and neighbor-to-neighbor coordination. By using the service you agree to act lawfully, honestly, safely, and respectfully; publish accurate listings; communicate in good faith; protect personal data; and avoid prohibited, unsafe, fraudulent, or discriminatory activity. The mobile app remains the primary authenticated marketplace surface. Public web pages may show listings, profiles, trust and safety information, support, and status content. Paid states such as Supporter and future Pro package subscriptions are separate from earned trust badges. Payment-related rights are only active after server-confirmed payment state, not client-side redirects. These terms are an implementation-ready baseline and may be replaced by reviewed legal text before production launch.
